Story of Jack and Rose

Hey Jack and Rose! Who comes into your mind while reading those two names out? If your

imaginary world gets sailing into the ship, then damn sure you are a titanic lover! I completely

fall in love with the movie when I was in my teen. James Cameron was sumptuously produced and addressed the issues of discrimination that set against the wealthiest and the poor. And I am totally addicted to the dialogues that were well written; especially Old Granny Rose says “A Woman’s heart is a deep ocean of secrets”. An Oscar winning movie tributes the shield of memories that secretly bonded in the heart of Rose for her beloved Jack.

Out of all scenes except Jack and Rose, I loved the climax scenes; particularly the love of old

couple grabbed my attention. Their love for each other was breathtaking and totally inspiring to me. Actually the most tragic scene was old couple cuddling each other in bed when the cold and icy water rushes into their room. They both seemed to be helpless but the whole scene filled with pure love that pulls my heart out. My eyes pooled on seeing them. Later, I made a quick research regarding that old couple. And I came to know, that it was the real story of a famous merchant Mr. Isidor and Mrs. Ida Straus. And their love made as history. By the way am not here to write or criticize about their life or movie. But I was inspired by the heart touching scene of an old couple. So in my imaginary world, I have created a happy ending story for them.

Heaven and Hell

An Old man in his 80’s whispered his daily prayer to God,

‘My Lord please takes my beloved’s soul at first’ he begged.

On hearing his prayer an old lady frowned but nothing she uttered.

Days passed…. The old man showered his love as much as he could.

Soon, the old lady was in death-bed.

Later, she asked in frustration, are u happy?

Old man gave a handsome smile by hiding his pain and nodded yes!

She got burst into tears and asked why?

He added that I want you to be safe in heaven dear, he slowly whispered into her ears.

She got confused by his words…. He continued,

Without you it’s hard to live in your memories of hell. My heart sank to die each day.

I don’t want you to bear the same, he said softly.

The old lady placed a farewell kiss on his lips.

Finally, God gave a warm welcome to the old couples together in heaven.

Hope you enjoyed. To me this was a happy ending. Life is hard to live in bad memories, but it’s hardest to live in happy memories made by our loved ones. So making our own life as a happy ending it’s with us specifically in our thoughts. People, who didn’t watch the movie yet, go for it and pretty sure you won’t regret it.
